The Frost Chemical Blacking Kit has no need for heating or quenching - just dip your Iron or Steel parts in the 3 solutions at room temperature and you will produce an amazing black satin finish in minutes.
The finish is corrosion resistant satin black that looks great and protects your piece.
The kit contains:
- 1 litre of Mild Alkaline Cleaner
- 1 litre of Blacking Solution
- 1 litre of Dewatering Oil
- 3 x 2.5ltr plastic tubs
Please note - this kit is not suitable for the following materials: Aluminium / Aluminium Alloys, Copper, Brass, Lead, Zinc, Stainless Steel and Chrome.
